Returns

Cancellations before delivery.

If you wish to cancel your order pre-delivery, please inform us in writing and we’ll issue a full refund back to the original payment method used to pay for the order. For made-to-order items 40% of the order is retained.

Returns after delivery.

If you wish to return an item after it’s been delivered, please inform us within 14 days of the day you received it. We can arrange to have the item collected by our delivery partner at a cost dependant on your location. If you’re able to return the item to us, there would be nothing to charge and a full refund would be given as long as the item is returned unused, and no damage incurred during its journey back to us.
